목적지를 여쭈는 기도는 자칫 교만한 기도가 될 수도 있다. 아직 성숙하지 못한 그리스도인의 이런 기도 가운데에는 '빨리 알려주셔서 그에 대한 준비를 해야하지 않겠습니까' 하는 재촉과 '목적지가 이게 맞다면 난 지금 이러이러한 준비를 해야합니다' 라는 인간적인 계획의 주장이 포함되어 있을 수 있기 때문이다.
목적지를 기도 응답으로 받고 난 후에 우리는 자칫 하나님을 은근히 배제하고 우리 뜻대로 준비하며 기획해 나갈 수 있다. 목적지는 알게 됐지만 사실 우리가 가는 길까지 아는 것이 아니다. 우리가 생각하는 그 길이 맞다고 착각하고 있는 것 뿐이다.
우리가 목적지를 응답받은 후에도 매 순간 길을 물어보며 그대로 따라가는 것이 가장 성숙된 모습일 것이다. 하지만 목적지를 알려주시는 때는 주님의 주권안에 있기에 우리는 일단 지금 어느 길로 가는 게 좋은지 여쭤보는 자세를 가져야 한다. 목적지는 모르더라도 지금 당장 좌회전 해야하는 지, 우회전 해야하는 지를 아는 것이, 자기 생각대로 결정지은 목적지와 길을 따라 사는 세상 사람들보다 더 자신감 있는 한 걸음을 내딛을 수 있을 것이다.

Brain is a CPU which edits videos in real time much faster than any other CPUs.
